Santa Claus seeks seat on Tahoe fire district board
One candidate for the North Lake Tahoe Fire District board can boast global name recognition — Santa Claus. The 59-year-old Claus, who changed his name last year from Thomas Patrick O’Connor, says he’s seeking the post to support firefighters and the community.
